I was recently asked to take a look at an old, disused keypad to see if it could be salvaged. I've captured my troubleshooting process from initial inspection to identifying the issue.

Check all remotes (if all the remotes and wireless devices stopped working at the same time, this could indicate the circuit board needs replaced)
For most models, you’ll start by getting out your owner’s see post manual and looking for the unlocking code, which kan zijn usually four digits long.
